Big super kudos for this feature, this makes getting around by transit, especially in cities with less than stellar transit, significantly better. This feature alone makes this the best transit app, but the real time notifications if supported by the transit agency plus intelligent route planning make it indispensably amazing!!

the new version Doesn't have detailed location of me on my trip. I am not given exact details of the train or bus to take. Especially when having to take the bus, I am confused which bus to take. As the bus line has 2 stop sites. One on either side of the street & it is confusing which bus to take. As you will be on the proper bus number just could be heading in the wrong direction, its a 50/50 chance being on the right or wrong bus. I do Prefer the old version where it was really a no brainier!!

Arrival times for busses are incorrect ... horrible and unreliable if you need to get somewhere on time. Used to be great but seems they are more focused on markets abroad than the home base. Advice - use google maps and don’t bother with moovit
Please fix wrong information

It’s a great idea, but there are wrong directions and it’s not being fixed. I contacted Moovit a few times letting them know Philadelphia is, in fact, west of all NJ train stations and therefore app users in NJ should take WESTBOUND trains into Philly. Moovit still lists directions to take eastbound trains into the city. I know it’s common sense, but for someone who can’t find their way out of a paper bag and would depend on this app to get around, it could be frustrating. What else could be wrong that this app won’t correct? I don’t want to take the chance.

Moovit has routinely been sending me to far out-of-the-way locations to get on buses that don’t exist. It says the proper line but rarely does the bus show up anymore. In Seattle, where there’s a bus station as frequently as a Starbucks, why am I also walking miles to the “nearest” stop? Used to love Moovit.
