So easy.

In the past, I’ve been told by mental health professionals that I should keep a diary or planner. It was always a struggle for me to remember to write in them. Since this is an app, and I always have my phone with me, it’s super easy to open up the app and note that I’m feeling bad and then see all the ways I can fix it. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars (and this might be me not knowing how to work it all the way yet), but I don’t see how the notes come into play if you can’t go back to a day and read them. On good days, I’d like to be able to go back and see reasons why I was happy, because, to me, at least that would give me a reason to try to be happier in the future.

I love it!

My therapist told me to get this app to tack my mood and when I feel certain ways. I wasn’t very excited at first, but my feelings toward had definitely changed! The only complaint I have is that it saves what you put no matter what. So if you accidentally click something, it saves it. I think they could add an “are you sure” thing. But other than that I love it!

Simple yet Powerful

I’ve struggled with years to try to maintain a journal of my moods. Having recently been diagnosed with Bipolar II, it’s become more of an imperative to do so, but the complexity required to journal my mood swings has been a constant stumbling block. This app can be used in less than thirty seconds, which gives me the ability to check in without disrupting my life too much. Additionally, the ability to tag my own mood descriptors and the ability to export a report for my doctor are GREATLY appreciated. My only complaints would be: • the reminders to “check in” are not snoozed if you enter your mood before the reminder goes off • clicking on a mood classification automatically logs it for you and cannot be deleted

Good, but needs improvement

Desperately needs an edit/delete feature and a way to read entire past entries. However, it’s simple and effective and easy to build into a habit.

Disappointing

I love how simple and easy it is to quickly log your mood but I absolutely hate that I can’t go back and edit. You can’t even delete something once it’s been logged. Not to mention you can’t click on your logs and see any of the details. It doesn’t really help me if I can’t go back and reference why I was feeling the way I was.

good but no deletions

why can’t you delete mood reports? it’s very easy to find log a mood by accident (just clicking one of the large buttons does it) and it seems impossible to reverse those mistakes :/

Easy to use

I like how easy it is to use this app. I set 2 reminders (morning and evening) to check on my mood. Enhancements I'd like to see to make it easier to use, easier to add entries, easier to review and export entries: (1) Eliminate the unnecessary step that asks if I want to add a note. Present the option to add a location and note on the same page, at the same time. If the user does not want to add a note or location, they can just click done. (2) Allow the user to edit prior entries. Sometimes I want to add or update a note but there isn't a way to do that (3) In the reports view, you can't see the notes. You have to click on the entry one at a time to read the note text. The display should show all of the entries for the time period with the note text in the same view. (4) Would like the ability to export the entries and note text in a usable format. Maybe a simple list with date/time, mood, tags, note text.

Great!!!

A big thing for me with any app is the layout and design-- in which this case was executed perfectly. Easy, simple, flawless, pretty!!!!! Love the colors. What sets this app apart from other mental health apps is that it starts you off with three different ranks of mood... good, okay, and bad.... then gives you the option to go into further detail.. either by specifically selecting the moods you're feeling (which is totally customizable) or noting something down, like a little diary. Seems simple enough, but you're able to go into as much (or little) detail as you'd like. I especially love how when you're feeling bad, it gives you the chance to think about why you're feeling a certain way, and to categorize your negative feelings... as well as offer you some tips to improve your mood or shift your focus. I think it would be nice to add an optional forum that links different mental health specialists, therapists, and users that shares different topics, advice, or support with symptoms, stress, or just life in general. (Think like the insight page with Flo... an amazing integration of expertise with a dash of commentary from users!!!) I'd like to be able to delete past moods, as I accidentally logged one while I wasn't paying attention (☹️!!!!). There's a lot of potential for cool new things with this app... but for now it's perfect with its minimalist and simple style. Thanks!:)

Great, Just Needs Editing Options

Tayyshmayy

I love the app, I set reminders and it definitely helps me stay mindful and aware. The *only* thing I really have an issue with it not being able to edit or delete anything. For example, one of my options for tasks to do when I feel bad is to call an ex. Not critical but small things like mistakes or things I no longer consider healthy, I would like to be able to take out. I'm considering deleting the app and re-downloading to try and reset those customizations.

I love the simplicity and customization abilities but I need to be able to delete past moods!
