i truly love everything about this app, the way you can track your mood by scanning your face, the different articles, and how the app reminds you to track how you’re feeling. it is honestly my favorite mood app

You can’t log your mood more than one time unless you pay ??♀️ which is ridiculous, why am I paying just to put that I feel okay and save it.

I do not really ever write reviews but I wanted to say I really enjoy the app. Scan me feature is very helpful when not able to put the word to the emotion I am feeling..?

I have been using this for years. I use it when I’m feeling poorly, and I use it when I’m feeling pretty good. It always helps me become much more aware of what is going on in my mind, and helps me so much to change my thoughts to be less distressing and more helpful/effective.

The app is fine, but pushing me to give a particular rating by an interface convention earns an automatic one star review.

I love because it helps me vent I don’t have to worry about other people seeing it is kinda calms me down :)

Makes sense that only people with money can use this app. People without money can barely afford basic therapy (if that) with meds or inpatient treatment. Only a certain type of person could afford $40 a month to track whether they’re sad or just a little bit down from one day to the next. Who is your target demographic?

It helps track your moods and helps you to identify what causes your mood and tools to try to live a more positive life. Four stars because it is really helpful yet it lacks avatar polish like being able to change hair, or eye, color. It can however scan your facial expressions using your camera.
