Monument 1 was more challenging, but this was more beautiful - which made it so worth it

Ok, so I love this game so much and Monument 1 and the Forgotten Shores. This game is truly beautiful and interesting. And yeah that’s all I have to say, but people who are on the team of making the Monument game PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER ONE!!

Apparently this "minor release" breaks compatibility with devices running iOS 9 and iOS 10. When we try to download in any of our devices, it fails and the App Store offers to install the latest compatible release, which is 1.3.6. Mostly an annoyance, but it means the update continues to appear in the App updates list even though it is incompatible.
Wonderful and heart warming

The story in this is so cute and charming about a mother and daughter. The mother learns to let her child grow and you see the child grow up over the course of the story. It added new challenges and I just really enjoyed it so much.

This game is so amazing I felt obligated to review after a 2nd was made. This by far the BEST app on the whole App Store. Helps me with anxiety, stress, and boredom all in 1 beautifully made game. It is always so calming and the soundtracks and sounds are just as beautiful as the artwork and game it’s self. AMAZING GAME 10/5 stars.
A spiritual digital book

For me 1&2 feel like a digital spiritual and quest book full of wisdom and adventure, philosophy and meditation with quest. Logic and beauty. I love love love this game please make more and more ( yes I read the story of development and think there is room for the other stories from 1 to 12 ) I really have never enjoyed a game in such a way as Monument Valley 1&2 ( please make many more ) so brilliant !!! Thank You

Monument Valley One is one of the best games I’ve had on my phone, and in comparison this game really just falls short. It’s short, and very similar in gameplay to the first. Also the story doesn’t feel as good, and I wasn’t really a fan of it at all.

Monument valley 1, Ida’s dream and the forgotten shore are all good. Stop there. Don’t buy this version. It’s so much simpler with weird design, like a game for toddlers.
