Good luck with level 11. Inspire of meeting all of the required goals this level does not end. What gives??? Frustrating

Finished all levels with three stars, yet had to look for help often. Game's design is appreciated but not without its flaws. Some levels have problems in that frames become frozen and have to be replayed at the loss of rubies. Rapid, repeated tapping somewhat annoying.

Game is fun, but I ordered rubies and the screen froze and I never got them. And there's no way to contact anyone to either get my rubies or my money back. Very unhappy.

I purchased rubies, screen froze and never got them. Tried again, it says my purchased will be restored for free, screen froze and never got them. I want the rubies or my money back.
Fun, but...

I like these types of games and I don't mind having a timer (like better without) but I don't like having to have so many stars to move on - this is my way of relaxing and not to add to my stressful day. I would pay ($3-4) to unlock the game and not deal with advertisement between each session. To bad - I deleted the game and will not reload again, till changes are made.
