StickyMonster

StickyMonster is a two-player, turn-based drawing game for iMessage. Each player secretly draws parts of an imagined creature, one turn at a time, until all four sections are complete: the hat, face, torso, and legs+feet. The player gets to see what the other player has drawn only after the whole monster is completed. The newly created StickyMonster is then revealed to both players, and turned into an iMessage Sticker to laugh at and share with friends!

Hi guys, I’m back with another app review! So my friend and I LOVE playing the game Sticky Monster on iMessage all the time! But, an uber recent update really changed the game for us: now, when you send a sticky message, it does NOT show the full monster. It only shows a portion and you have to tap on the message to view the entire being, which is vv inconvenient. Additionally, it also cuts them off when you send them as actual stickers, which REALLY BLOWS! I’d like for the app makers to fix this issue pronto because it is hindering the gaming experience for me. Thank you for listening and I hope the next time I send a stickymonster, I’ll be able to see its hat and feet ;)

We tried to get it to work but it didn’t So when you opened the app there was a link that said enable In iMessage. That took you to iMessage. It showed that a friend had asked me to play and it was my turn every time I pressed my turn it just said ah ah ah you can’t play off your own turn. Tried everything but it just doesn’t work :(

I’ve played this game for a while. Recently when you send your creations to each other it cuts the hat and part of the feet off. If it weren’t for that bug I would give this 5 stars

Hello! Thank you so much for this game, my friend and i are illustrators and we always play the game in real life but we usually divide the paper into more sections than just the four (hat,head,torso) by including a separate section for the feet/shoes. We were hoping to ask for you to add a fifth section so that the feet can be separate as we find this creates even wilder outcomes of the game. We also would love to see a sliding scale for the brush size as the four options are rather intense and does not actually provide much of a difference in line weight! Great game, keep the app going!
