Full version description:
This app is a fun and educational exercise found in the Montessori classroom to help children with their counting from 1 to 100. The board and the number squares are exact replicas of these classic classroom materials!
Three lessons are included:
1. Standard sequencing from 1 to 100.
2. Even numbers only.
3. Odd numbers only.
The child has to search for the next appropriate number in the scrambled numbers on the right side. When they choose the correct one the number will automatically move into position on the board. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how long it takes to finish! At the bottom a score is presented for parents to observe how their child is progressing.
This activity is a time-tested, teaching tool used in the Montessori classroom that children enjoy doing. The app itself was co-developed and approved by an AMI certified Montessori teacher with over forty years experience. Use this app as a complement to your child's classroom education and as a follow-up to the other Montessori applications in the app store teaching introductory math! Great app. I have the upgraded version. It has simplIfied transitions to move toward completing the hundred board. Really good customer support. We ran into an issue and customer support was very responsive. They quickly made the situation right.

Great simple chart, but the lite version is not very functional. It does not let you count to 100. I sat down with my 4 year old to do this and was disappointed that after hitting number 26, the screen changed, asking if I wanted to buy the full version.

I like this app and would by the full version, but when you reset the chart it places the numbers in the same spot every time. Instead of learning the number order, my students are memorizing where the numbers are.

The LITE (or free) version should at least let you go all the way to 100. After 25 you click 26 and it counts as incorrect and takes you to the "buy the full version" screen. As a 'Montessori mom' I think these apps are a fun way to reinforce what they're learning in school when away. I do also think the numbers need to be randomized in the 'tray' each time too - otherwise it's a not learning, but memorizing a location!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. Absolute waste of money. They do NOT specify in the description that the Lite Version only has 25 tiles. You can get better apps for free and they don't necessarily use Maria Montessori's name for marketing.
