1. Tables need to have higher stakes. 2. Rules need to be loosened up on. This is a poker game, for adults, on the internet, not kindergarten. Being disciplined as an adult by a bunch of controlling communists, isn’t ideal. Which is why this app will continue to fail. This is America, not China. The issue you have with Americans, we don’t like being controlled or silenced.
So many annoying nuances

Spent a week to make sure I got 600 mission chips to unlock the Halloween ticket, finally get a ticket, and can not use it and doesn’t have any value or usefulness after the fact. I didn’t see any clear dates when that was table was closing down. I’m sure it was posted somewhere, but why give that as a weekly mission prize if it can’t be used a day later. Should have a timer on the tickets. I’m so annoyed. There are so many dumb things like this. I think I’m just done and uninstalling from all my devices.

Spin & play is where I experience the game always giving good hands to whoever has the most amount of chips. Every time I play spin & play people go all in as soon as it starts to try and bust someone. Then they’ll have 20K chips and the game will constantly give you trash cards as your opponent will keep winning until you have 0 chips. This isn’t a one time deal, this happens every time I play this game and honestly I’m about to delete it

This is probably the best poker game on my cell phone but it’s cheap with the free coins this is a more pay to play game.
Pretty Good but Strange Algorithm

Game runs really smoothly and is decent fun, but the dealer algorithm is strange. Rare hands such as 4 of a kind come up wayyy too often. I play a friendly poker game with friends and we have seen 4 of a kind once in 6 months, yet I have seen it something like 10 times in 20 games or so on this app. Needs some refinement there. Also could use to know how the whole Monopoly board fits in. Other than that, not bad.
Missing Chips and no help from customer service

I work long hours. I log on in the morning to play and if I am able I play throughout the day. I was unable to two days ago, logged on after my shift and over $40 million chips…GONE. I thought there was some mistake. Logged out and back in, nothing. Deleted the app and reinstalled, nothing. Everything else is there. My status. My game board with houses or hotels. I tried contacting customer service and have received one reply two days ago. Look, I bought the chips. I didn’t spend too much money, but, it’s hard earned. I just want what’s mine back.

I love playing this game it is so much fun but could I suggest that if you roll doubles on the board it should be a re-Roll and you get both prizes or make it a x2 for whatever card you land on
