Missing Chips and no help from customer service – MONOPOLY Poker - Texas Holdem Review

I work long hours. I log on in the morning to play and if I am able I play throughout the day. I was unable to two days ago, logged on after my shift and over $40 million chips…GONE. I thought there was some mistake. Logged out and back in, nothing. Deleted the app and reinstalled, nothing. Everything else is there. My status. My game board with houses or hotels. I tried contacting customer service and have received one reply two days ago. Look, I bought the chips. I didn’t spend too much money, but, it’s hard earned. I just want what’s mine back.
