I used to be able to download new hair type and styles but I can’t anymore. It just keep saying you have now purchases and I don’t see how to make purchases or download like I use to. Otherwise it’s a great app.
Server down. Cannot access the network

I’m a registered/paid user. Recently the network/server keeps staying down and cannot connect for days. It’s very frustrated that you cannot connect with customer service to check for the status. Used to a nice app but no longer to be a reliable one.
