I wish I could give zero stars. What is wrong with this thing? It has me going MILES out of the way on commuter trains, walking countless miles, to go 2 mikes from my house! A waste of time!

Worked well till this morning when it crashed on me in the middle of use on the way to work. Being newer to the area and having relied on this, until now, wonderful app was very hindering. I’m using iOS 13.1.3 and am planning on updating when I get to work. Will change the review if the app starts working again.
Can track individual busses!

I left my bike on a bus and used it’s features to track the bus down and recover it! Lifesaver

The schedules are so inaccurate as to be useless. Yesterday the tracker lost track of the Orange line I was riding. It’s estimate of arrival was off by half an hour. The earlier app worked very well and seems to still be available, so I’m switching back. TriMet get your software act together. Inexcusable for an agency our taxes pay for and providing transportation for the city of Portland.

Sometimes I’m able to use this app, but usually the outbound and inbound routes are reversed. One route list having the opposite one’s information isn’t exactly helpful.

Was forced to switch to this version of the app after the previous version stopped being updated. They got rid of the star/favorites that mapped out your favorite stops and now just had them on a list, making it just a little more difficult to figure out.

Tons of different information shoved into one section, screen freezes and buttons don’t work half the the time. Closes directions out of nowhere. Impossible to understand anything because absolutely nothing is organized. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other app.
