Please note that the app requires data access and works best with GPS / location on. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background GPS is only used when you have a Get Off Alert turned on.

Love the app and how I can plan a trip. I know exactly what bus or train I need to be on, and can track my location live. I cannot always hear the bus or train location. It is nice to know where to get off on my route and what transfers need to be made ahead of time. My only one complaint is that it consumes a lot of my battery while traveling, other than that I would give the app a “5”.

The app does not update in real time. Buses will be up to 45 minutes behind supposed arrival time at bus stop. With no explanations as to why bus is delayed or why the bus may skip a stop as well. Correct information will help make a customer happy.

I may not be looking at it correctly but every single stop I press on says “no upcoming departures” which essentially renders the app useless.

Look, its not NYC but the bus system has a lot of routes and this makes it easiest to weigh your options. Its better than the official UTA app and the google tool doesnt combine train with bus. I have no dl and i use this one

It were easier to add specific stops by their code. Sometimes I have to play a guessing game to the name of the stop to make sure I put the right one instead of one close by. It would be easier if I could just put the code that is on the sign on the stop. Also, sometimes if there is a station where a lot of buses leave from I can’t pick a certain bus to just appear, and I can’t pick that specific line to go a specific location. For example, if a line is called 712, and it goes to place 1. But then if It goes back to its origin place 2. I wish I could Just save it from where it goes to place 1 instead of both directions showing because it can get confusing sometimes. Otherwise, it’s the best app I have found and really accurate.
