Inconvenient!

Maybe operator error but this app is very inconvenient. It does not save my credit card info, my location, my preferred restaurant location, or my order history and therefore I’m not getting order credit. Especially annoying to have to choose the local location for every order. Love the restaurant though!

The “back” button is the Bain of my existence

I am so frustrated with the back buttons on this app. There is a giant yellow one that takes you back to the very start and erases all your progress. I accidentally press it almost 3-4 times every time I am trying to place an online order. The real back button is tiny, in gray print, and doesn’t show up on the screen unless you are at the top of the page. Please fix this! It’s a horrible UI design flaw.

I use the ModMarket app multiple times a week. It’s great and I can’t think of any ways to improve it.

This app is mainly web views, which effects performance and won’t allow for much personalization. If you’re going to have a food ordering app you should give users capabilities like saving an order and sending push notifications once the order is ready (standing in line 20 min past when an order was supposed to be ready is kind of a drag). Also, character limits on special request with only 19 characters? Basically worthless

Goal: put in quick online order and have it ready by time I get there in 15 min to pick it up Reality: spent 20 min working with frustrating app without success, still hungry with no food ready and still 15 min away by time I gave up Went somewhere else for lunch.

I had a $5 credit for my next purchase and when I checked out the $5 did not apply and no one responds to my messages or email on support.

Quite possibly one of the worst apps I’ve had the displeasure of using. Almost never works and won’t store card information. Removed all possible ingredients that can be added to a dish. If the location wasn’t so convenient to my office I wouldn’t even bother eating at Modern Market.

Wow this app is absolutely terrible. Not user friendly, glitchy, and I tried 3 different times to order correctly, once I finally figured that out, it wouldn’t let me add my card. So I guess I’m not going to order from there!

I have literally never written a review for an app before but I am now because modern market has great food but the app is absolutely unusable. It is so bad that I avoid ordering and eating there because of it. To the modern market team, you need to fire whatever company you hired to build this app. Don’t contact them and have them fix it, just terminate your relationship and get it done correctly. It’s 2018 guys, no excuse to have an app this bad. Go hire a company that knows how to build an app that actually works. Your current app has absolutely no redeeming qualities and only functions to harm your brand.

You should really just start over. The app is bad it orders multiple items at wrong location after you log into the one you want to visit. I removed my cc because if it does not work how can I trust you with my CC information?
