Good, crashes often, doesn't update status

This is a good app overall, but I have to try to open the app two or three times before it successfully stays open and doesn't crash. In addition it can't seem to set the icon for my Insteon Garage Door correctly. It reads the sensor correctly but seems to randomly decide whether the overall status of the unit is open or closed. It works, but far from perfect.

MobiLinc and ISY make great partners. MobiLinc tech support continues to provide great support, sometimes even when its ISY content. The quality of the software and ongoing tech support makes MobiLinc a great value. Having virtual keypads is very slick....

I just got my MobiLinc working again. Wait! “I” didn’t get it working. It was Wes from MobiLinc. I kept getting “fail to connect” error message. Turns out it had nothing to do with MobiLinc, but was the fault of my network setup. I’ve had other problems in the past that seemed like a failure of MobiLinc, but every one eventually was traced to something in my system. It’s been about four years since I added MobiLinc to my ISY automation system and I have never had a problem that traced back to MobiLinc. I’m not sure how many different systems it will interface with, but if you have an ISY, you need MobiLinc HD! Ron VonDrachek

This app basically runs my life at home and away sometimes. I do have connectivity issues from time to time but When it works it is simply amazing. I use a combo of MobiLinc and Alexa to have a easy to use complex system. Everything is automated in my house currently and MobiLinc is the glue. Super satisfied with it. Thanks MobiLinc

The mobilinc support staff (Wes) are knowledgeable, very personable and the response is so fast, it’s shocking. I’ve been using the app for 5 years and have noticed the improvements over the years.
Perfect Solution for Remote Management of ISY994i

With a house full of Insteon Devices, I needed a way to remotely manage my Universal Devices ISY994i controller. MobiLinc HD was the perfect solution. Straightforward implementation and intuitive user interface. Many thanks to Wes and his team for the great support.
Works great, but...

Overall the app works well. However, the used interface is VERY dated and not very friendly. The crazy versions are also difficult to understand. Especially when using across different devices.

Mobilinc worked flawlessly for first year. Renewed service for second year with new email account. Wes in tech support worked promptly to link renewal to old account and update. Way to go Wes! Mobilinc works seamlessly with ISY from anywhere in the USA that I am at.
