Totally unusable

Can't connect to the server and find nothing, every time you launch the app it pops up a window telling you it's first time running need to set up something. Can't find anything but trouble.

Even with a password supplied by the company this app would not open after it reaffirmed my identification particulars. Previously,e-mails requesting assistance from their support went unanswered, Luckily as a physician I have alternative sources of prescription drug information. When the PDR was a thick book (and I was a bit younger),it was useful. Now in my opinion it is a useless piece of electronic junk backed by non-existent support.

Finally--the PDR in an App! Best access I have seen for drug information--it is easy and quick to double check dosing or look up possible side effects. The drug-drug-drug comparison tool is great. I can save drug classes that my patients use frequently. Helps me troubleshoot and provide advice when patients have questions. Side by side style is easy to use. Recommended for any healthcare practitioner.

This is very helpful for a pharmacist in any setting who requires clinical support to find answers quickly. The drug interaction checker and comparison tool is also a value add for this app. I would highly recommend this to my fellow pharmacists.
