First review I ever wrote. I have the white version of this where you cans add a micro sd. Worked great at first. It looks like the developers have moved on to new items and left this behind as it will no longer allow me to transfer anything in or out to SD. It’s recognized by the phone but grayed out where I could save my media. Very disappointed. If this is how they treat legacy equipment then I don’t Plan on buying anything from them as you will not know when they choose to stop supporting it.

IOS 11 update needed!

Been trying to update this Leef device since ios 11 came out! Support keeps telling me the same thing about updating through a PC. I have tried three different PCs and still no results and the Leef is useless! In one computer i get to a point where it says that windows viewer cant open the file??! Why cant this developer just have an update in the app store like normal developers do?!?!? Sooooooooooo frustrating! When this Leef was working it was awesome but it went from a high of 10 to a ZERO as it cant be used on my ios 11 updated devices anymore! Im looking into other companies with the same ios/PC capabilities. Hopefully any updates of their product will be seamless updating through the apple app store!

Does not work well with ios11 and iphone X. Even after upgrading the firmware twice (it works with ios11), I keep getting the message to update the firmware even though it’s updated. Also despite many emails to tech support, the video player still has the white line at the bottom. Every other video player i have used managed to get rid of the white line a few seconds after the video starts. It’s really annoying to have to see a white line through the bottom if every video. They promised to fix. Did not.

I was all ready to store my photos (over 1000 pics) but the device only stored about 250. It says I have plenty space but when I attempt to save pics to the device it doesn’t work. Please fix this! Edit: I also keep getting a message that reads ‘disk space is very low’ but when you look at storage space there is plenty. This is so frustrating!

I've updated the firmware and it still won't work! Very frustrating. Before ios 10 came out it worked just fine. Now it doesn't work. Never buying another one of these again if they can't fix this! Update: It never worked for me with ios 10, And I have followed your instructions EXACTLY as I was told by you guys and STILL it's not working. But I'm sure you guys think I'm an idiot!!!
