Can't back up my datawithout opening app?

Today after multiple reboots, and other shutdown, app will not stay open!They say it's fixed now, but I hesitate deleting the app and reloading it, because all my loyalty numbers are saved in that data! Deleting app, id lose the data. Can't back up without opening app?

Most of the other rewards cards apps don't work when you try to scan them at the register but this one works every time. LOVE IT WITH A PASSION.

Helps keep all my important cards and not so important cards in one app on my phone. It eliminates carrying them in my wallet. It certainly reduces the size of the wallet. Thanks, Richard

Nothing fancy but well designed app for storing reward cards. Small things like the barcode magnify make it very useful at point of sale. Still don't understand how it interfaces with passbook.
