Can't back up my datawithout opening app? – mobile-pocket loyalty cards Review

Today after multiple reboots, and other shutdown, app will not stay open!They say it's fixed now, but I hesitate deleting the app and reloading it, because all my loyalty numbers are saved in that data! Deleting app, id lose the data. Can't back up without opening app?
