Don’t update the app

They will delete your data and give you the option to upgrade for $15 a year to have your passport data stored. They don’t give you notice that this is what they are doing with the update. So if you have used the app without issue for years, you will be Out of Luck!
They don’t use it

Many airports don’t have the system. Global Entry is the way to go. It’s hit and miss us yr airport will use it.

We saved so much time. Walked right around the long lines and through customs. We had extra time at our gate while others were running to get there.
Just one officer

For the second time since I have been using Passport Mobile there has been only one officer assigned for this line which made it the same or even longer than people using the traditional system. Basically, the time you save filling out the information in the machines, you lose it making the line. Thanks

Second time it fails to scan for the barcode and they send me back fill manually Hopefully will bi fixed on Newark

Found out about this while waiting in line at customs. Downloaded it quickly, filled in my personal data and immediately switched lines to the Mobile pass line. Saved at least 20-30 minutes by doing so - and was able to catch an earlier Airporter bus home, saving me another hour! Only way to go....
