Collected my bags and headed for the Customs Entry section. The lines were fairly long except the Mobile Passport line. Only one person in front of me. I literally waited less than 20 seconds. The check in and Passport review process took about one minute and then Inwas on my way. It could not have been more simple and easy. The online sign-up process was very easy also. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Flew back from Mexico to DFW airport. I entered my information, and the mobile pass line was closed. When I went to the agent it was useful that I had the information on the app, however the agent proceeded to ask me many questions. I suppose it had to do with my common last name. From the time I stood in line to the end was basically the same. Didn't experience a benefit from using the app.

Didn’t actually show them the mobile passport but it helped us bypass the line.
