Deceptive, no bluetooth

Would like a refund as their description is very misleading and deceptive. There is no Bluetooth support, and if purchase yet another piece of software, it only works with Mac or PC, nothing else. Wasted money.

I've set up the server entered my ip and port into the app and followed the instructions to the letter and it's a total crapshoot as to wether this app will actually work every time I open it.

They charge you to download the pro version and then charge for the option to connect Bluetooth or USB when Bluetooth is advertised on the pro version but not for an additional fee. Stop with the hidden fee. The free version works well and I would have gladly paid if they were up front about it

This is one of my favorite apps of all time. Been using it almost daily for 7 years, how many apps can you say that about? Each update is even more cooler than before. The devs really put a lot of work into this app and keep it up to date and offer great support. This app is too good to be true

It’s just like any other app: you’ll be disappointed if you expect more than what it says it does or if you don’t read the instructions. Does exactly what it says it does, and it’s great at it. I use it all the time.

Bought this app to use iPhone remote on my MacBook. Spent over an hours trying to install app with my laptop to no avail. Support/troubleshooting was not helpful at all. Don't waste your money! It doesn't work

This app accomplishes what it is suppose to do, based on the description that is: using iPhone/iPad as a virtual mouse. However, the performance is not there yet. The mouse is very laggy when using it, especially on 4K monitors (in my case it was a 4K Philips TV). My down speed is above 100Mbps so it can’t be my internet connection. Most likely this is a software issue on either the desktop clients or on the mobile app. I really love this app and have supported it since it came out. As a legacy user, I am very displeased with the progression this app has had. Instead of prioritizing performance and stability, you guys just keep adding more features. Though that is a great thing, the core app should be in its most optimal state before taking bigger steps. After all, this is the “Pro” version, so I expect nothing but the best.
