Id: 493170279 2 or 3 days ago, I bought General Brody, but I don't understand why today when I log into the game, I can't use that champion, they made me use a demo card. I need to solve the problem

Horrible character Balancing.

The character balancing in this game is horrible...

When I go afk or left I always lose 5 credit for losing and being afk or leaving so that leaves 10 credit down so I can’t play ranked or classic user name bidiandfriends I love your hero’s and maps but when someone bans for nothing this game says that someone tried banning you so they give 50 shield points it’s awesome! Please do something about the credit score the other things or perfect I love your maps hero’s events skins and you get to play games and you can choose your characters you can also buy your game players skin so cool I love your updates mobile legends your just like league of legends since I don’t have a conputer I use mobile legends this game it’s so cool hope you red this mobile legends

Restarts

I use iPhone 6 and it keeps restarting every 2minutes. I can’t play rank or classic anymore. Why’s that..!? I can play brawl only and I have to close and open again for every next game otherwise it restart while playing. And also I tried to play chess I can enter but after 2/3 times battle it keeps restarting nonstop and I can’t continue the game. I clean the cache before my every game too. I love MLBB but a little disappointed now that this is happening. It’s almost a year now. Please explain. Thank you.

Canadians and Mexicans: Trash.

Is there a way to not be paired with Canadians or Mexicans? They’re honestly shii at the game and should definitely have the game banned in their countries.

Big issues in Reporting system and point calculations system

The system said I was punished because i had mild inactive activity in game where I was clearing lane and and defending turret at my best so I could not join team fights that was happening at the opposite site of the map. At the end of game my point is second highest but I was punished because someone reported I was a negative player and had no team fight. So if what I did was wrong how come I got higher point than those who reported me. But if what I did was right how come I was punished but still got better points than others.This is so confusing !!! Or are you guys focusing too much on squeezing money out from players with new skins so you just don’t care about your game play environment much? The guy who reported me called me a** but I didn’t report right after the game so there was no way for me to go back and report him too. The customer service robotic replies are also irrelevant to the issues i want to report so there was no way for me to get through their agents??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

Hacked

Game used to be my favorite. But they get so easily hacked. My account info was leaked and now all my accounts in game money and time I spent is lost . Someone was able to connect a 3rd party into my account without me noticing and now I can’t log back in . Be careful on spending money on here . A real sketchy game . And customer service here is so terrible.
