Big issues in Reporting system and point calculations system – Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Review

The system said I was punished because i had mild inactive activity in game where I was clearing lane and and defending turret at my best so I could not join team fights that was happening at the opposite site of the map. At the end of game my point is second highest but I was punished because someone reported I was a negative player and had no team fight. So if what I did was wrong how come I got higher point than those who reported me. But if what I did was right how come I was punished but still got better points than others.This is so confusing !!! Or are you guys focusing too much on squeezing money out from players with new skins so you just don’t care about your game play environment much? The guy who reported me called me a** but I didn’t report right after the game so there was no way for me to go back and report him too. The customer service robotic replies are also irrelevant to the issues i want to report so there was no way for me to get through their agents??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
