This is a great app. I use it daily. I wish it linked cpt codes with the appropriate ICD codes but otherwise an awesome app.

Nice app, but needs to have the ability to link ICD-9 codes with the procedure. As is, it was a waste of $80 since I can't use it as intended in my practice. Will this be fixed in an update?

The free version is a joke Nobody should pay a dime until there is more functionality

Convenient, but for price should offer option to link to ICD codes. Surprised there is no HIPAA compliant encrypting option... Had to stop using it.

The app itself is nice and neat. Great concept. But lacks icd9 links. I won't get the full version until ICD codes added.

I purchased this app in 2010 and have purchased every upgrade and want to support this app. However it has not improved significantly since inception. For instance it does not have the ability to search patients by name, come on guys this is a very basic function! I see the criticisms regarding lack of ICD-9 functionality which would be great if you offered it but at least offer some basic functionality at the price point for which you are asking. It was initially stated in the original description that this app was designed from the ground up with the assistance of a working Orthopaedic Surgeon was this only added for marketing purposes?

While fairly comprehensive, this app has a poor, nonintuitive search function, and entering the data is difficult. A scanner function for patient information would be a vast improvement

icing on the cake would be option to set a default email address for the outgoing data. For users who have multiple accounts on their device - it would allow sending preferentially from a work address vs. a personal email account.
This is the best app that their will ever be in the face of the planet earth
Good app and easy to navigate. Very user friendly. Couple of suggestions 1) adding diagnosis coder as well. 2) being able to edit comments or demographics once saved 3) ability to capture pictures taken on the device ( would help with surgical photos or hospital/Asc face sheets for transmittal to office for documentation and or billing ) 4) need to add spine codes and spinal injection codes 5) add the new modifier 59 sub codes Thanks
