Very useful app

Handy little ortho doc billing app. Makes it easy to send codes to my biller right after surgery. The history feature has potential - only have a few entries now, but it could be useful down the road to recall past procedures...would've been nice to have as a resident.

App looks like it has potential, but don't list it as "FREE". The "free" version only allows one area (hip) to play with. It could be very useful (and worth 65 bucks), but needs to include spine for it to be practical for orthopedic surgeons who work on all parts of the skeleton.

I gave this app a two star rating only because of its potential. Initially I was elated as I thought that it would help solve the problem of coding and recording, all in one app. While the graphic interface and the ease of use is good the actual CPT code list is quite abbreviated. Because of the missing codes the program is completely unusable. Additionally, there is no help with ICD 9 coding. While I could work around the missing dx codes, the lack of a complete CPT list is a deal breaker. Unless you are only going to use it for the occasional code it is almost worthless.
