Updated to iOS 14 and all of the sudden the device is illegal, have not downloaded any apps since software update. Guess just chalk it up to developer incompetence... wish I could give the app zero stars, one star isn’t appropriate.

I’ve been a loyal player of the app for years. I downloaded the 2020 version the 1st day of availability, joined a club, and have been competing diligently almost daily. After having had a very successful week finishing 1st in team points and near the top another day that week, my account mysteriously became restricted by Glu. So called ‘Customer Support’ 1st claimed I had a ‘rooted device’ and had to play on a device with a factory authorized OS. I have an iPhone XR with the most current iOS 14. Then they changed their excuse for the restriction stating How I was logged in. Interestingly, I have been logged in as the same user every day I’ve used the app on the same device. I’ve contacted them numerous times and they have done ABSOLUTELY nothing to assist me or remove my restrictions. SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION and poor play performance (choppy, app crashes frequently and loses play progress), constant pop up adds. Download another baseball app NOT CREATED BY GLU.
