Extremely disappointed in this game. Had a decked out team and lost everything with a simple update. Was not even aware that would happen. I don’t even have players I maxed out or didn’t mess with! I have all new players at level 1. I would never have downloaded if I can’t keep the same players.

I’ve played this game for a while, have built a team and have invested my own money. I recently did an update which seemed mandatory and my team was deleted. Unless this can be corrected, I won’t be playing anymore

I made an in app purchase. Because of a glitch I was charged double. Sold me the same purchase twice. When I asked customer service about it, they said no refunds. So they can charge any amount they want on your card and say no refunds. This is the most corrupt, deceitful and customer hating company I’ve ever been associated with. They’d rather steal from you than earn it.

I’ve never played a game where your own players are against you. The pitcher in sluggfest is absolutely horrible

I updated my app today and lost my whole team (which I had been using for months). I connected my account to Facebook and when I tried to get my team back it did not work.
