I like the fact I can use this as my actual game ticket. However sometimes it doesn't work and can be glitchy! For the most part it's a great app!! Maybe better features can be added

There is no need to have the location features as an Always or Never option. Why not make the app only use location when using the app? I would use this at ballgames much more if that were an option. The constant battery drain of location tracking isn't worth the app features, in my view.
Needs Apple Wallet Support!

I'm a bit suspicious of the reviews on this app. Most of the 35 reviews thus far came on May 16 and 17 and are all 5 stars, where as the rest are 1 star reviews on various dates (including mine). Anyways here is my comment on why this is worth no more than 1 star: Blows my mind this app still doesn't support Apple Wallet (at least for Red Sox season tickets). Now 3 seasons with no Wallet support! It's not at all convenient to unlock my phone, open this app, then tap 2 or 3 times to get to my tickets after I've just gone through a metal detector and approach the ticket takers. Make it work just like an airline ticket does. I should be able to add the tickets to Apple Wallet, then when I arrive at the park, they should show up on my iPhone's lock screen as “slide to view tickets”. This is he only way digital tickets can be easier than holding on to a paper ticket. Hire some competent app developers MLB and Red Sox!

Mobile ticket feature is awful

Way too many steps & accounts to create to just scan in my ticket to the game. As an earlier reviewer said, make this work like an airline app. Waste of time. I also don't see a lot of useful other features.
