This app is really helpful when I go to the ballpark. I love the photo filters, maps and music! But the journal feature is by far my favorite!
Can't add to wallet

Use to be able to add season tickets to Apple Wallet and now we can't. Please change this ASAP

About the only thing that works well is the electronic tickets. The ballpark map, food venue options and just about everything else seems like it was designed by a former Windows developer. It's confusing and non intuitive.

The app used to support Apple Wallet but now, at least at Citi Field, it no longer does. Also, though the Mets FAQ says that it will save tickets even with connectivity lost, when I test this by putting my phone in airplane mode, it doesn't work. Now I feel like I need to print a ticket to be safe... What's the point?!
Still can't find our tickets

Our tickets disappeared from the app shortly after the season began, and 2 updates later, they're still missing. "You had ONE job..." MLB, if your ticketing app can't get me inside the venue, I'm sure not going to pull it out once I'm there to see what else it can't do for me!

I am literally at the Chase Field gate to see Grienke and Cueto and the app won't open so I can get to my game tix. Are you kidding me MLB?!?
Tix don't download

Tix wouldn't download to Wallet for April home opener, and still not working....missing lots of games!
