The app has been updated but the search is still useless. Must have EXACT title matches and there is no ability to sort by most recently released making it extremely difficult to find the mixes you’re looking for. Pleasssse make your search better. I want to love you.

Play back errors

As great as the app is, it continues to have playback errors on a daily. I’ll press “listen now” and nothing happens. I’ll wait for it to load and still nothing. I even try closing the app and reopening it...nothing. Please fix :(

That you have to create an account to listen to content is horrible. I installed it and uninstalled it quickly after finding that out.

So I subscribed for a premium account and after the payment was processed I went to check the mix I’ve been wanting to play that kept telling me I was not able to access it from my region... since I had already played this mix several times I figured it was due to the 3x rule and decided to just pay to listen to my favorite mixes... well it is STILL saying I am unable to play this mix and that is just BS! I want an answer as to why this is happening on a mix I’ve listened to many times before and all of a sudden it can’t be accessed? I’m paying for a prime membership account just to hear it and I’m not able to?? Please contact me with some answers because this is incredibly frustrating!

I downloaded thus app a wk ago and hv been so impressed I cane to issue a review which I’ve maybe done 3 times in the last decade. Was shocked to see so many low ratings clearly any problems that plagued the app a ur ago or so have been worked out. I hv the free account and hv listened to any and all records live sets sample library’s as I’ve wanted no add no interruptions in music just been able to discover some amazing djs & producers I otherwise never would’ve along with some of my faves. Much love and respect for this crew don’t listen to the ratings this is 5* all day everyday. Getting me through my quarantine with fresh sounds is a lifesaver

Infinite sadness

Stuck on the 13th Floor

I just downloaded this app the listen to my friends sets and immediately had issues. The set won’t load. I hit replay thinking it might reload it and it didn't. I tried skipping ahead a little and nothing happens it just keeps giving me the swirly loading arrows of infinite sadness. It’s easier to listen to his sets through the link he sent me on Instagram than to listen through this app. And the link doesn’t limit how many times I listen. This app is whack stuff my dudes. F-

Mix Cloud Promotes Stolen Material...

I have contacted MixCloud and waited and waited... and waited for a response that has not come. They are promoting stolen material on their platform that I can corroborate. I guess honorable dealings are not their forté. It is a shame really. I understand that they may not know ALL of the product that comes through their site is legal, but when someone is giving you a heads up & can corroborate it, one would think they would at the very least be interested in further information.

No Siri integration, very unintuitive interface when trying to find things, app is glitchy and loses playback location, overall difficult to navigate. Please improve the app, because I love mixcloud both as a Dj and as a listener.
