Can’t listen to an old mix while on Wi-Fi using a mobile device. iPad or iPhone. Emailed customer support and ticket was closed without resolution. I’m a pro user and I pay to broadcast online. I should have the ability to play mixes while on Wi-Fi and not have to use mobile data. Unacceptable.

I will piggy back on mm345678’s comments on ways to improve functionality of this site: 1. Give users the option to delete/empty Queue. 2. Give users the option to turn off all notifications. I don’t want a notification every time someone favorites or likes another channel. 3. Give creators the ability to upload content from mobile app. 4. Add tiered advertising packages. 5. I’d like my home page to open on my channel! You’re almost there with this app! Thank you for giving us djs a LEGAL platform so artists are compensated for their work.

Fix "Listen In App" feature

Not sure when it broke, but the "Listen In App" feature does not work and has made using the app inconvenient. Please fix as it's been broken for a long time time now.

Now it just cuts put, it’s horrible. This app was my favorite music streaming. Please fix whatever was in update in definitely is not iOS 14 compatible

This app has never worked right for years. They fix one thing and break another. This time it’s Carplay, and the fact that the app loses listening position is unbelievably frustrating. Honestly you’re better off just using the website in Safari.

It’s absolutely wild that they prompt you to buy their premium service. This is the least functional music app I have ever used. No exaggeration, I am only able to successfully listen to music about 1/3 of the times that I try to. If their strategy is make the free version not functional to try to coerce you to buy their paid service, that is a really bad strategy. This app is comically bad.

I absolutely love Mixcloud. Use this as my main means of listening to new DJs. The only problem is the intermittent stop of playing constantly. I’ll play a show and about 25-30 minutes into the show, it’ll show the main button as loading. Never loads again. Force stop doesn’t help. Restart my whole phone, doesn’t help either. I even deleted the app and redownloaded. Still the same issues. It seems like the servers just maybe stop working? I go back and forth from Wi-Fi to see what works better but I get the same results. I still love the app but man, if there’s a platform that operates the same, I would flock to it without hesitation.

The “suggested next listen” feature in the queue (it should be more properly named “forced next listen”) is really annoying, to put it mildly. Should allow “queue” to be disabled. Jumping from Keith Jarrett to Bucky Pizzarelli should NEVER happen. Fah queue!!! Otherwise, this app is not terrible.
