Have this app for a few months now, but today it decides that it doesn’t want to work. How do you even get in contact with anyone to have it fix..

Hangs on black screen and won’t load the app any more even after I kill it and restart the app.

Since the last update (as of Dec 20, 2017) the “bug fix” now makes the app not work at all.

I have been using mix for a long time. For the past few days I have not been able to open the app. It would give me a black screen and nothing is loading. Anyone experiencing the same thing or know how to resolve the black screen issue?
