Cool app but u can’t just take away my vip like that???

I’ve been using this app for more than a year and I absolutely LOVE it. But recently it updated itself and got rid of the ‘retouch’ function it had before — which was so amazing and special it was the sole reason why I bought the vip for. I tried restoring my account and NOTHING ever happened after loading for literally forever——is this how update works now? This is just taking away what ppl have bought before and forcing them to pay again...... I’m very sad and disappointed at this point because I rly loved what the app was like before. :,(

Is there anyway you can go back to the old version this one is very difficult to use, also you got rid of the hdr is there anyway you can please put back the hdr effect? I’ve been using this app for years I hate to stop now. This app had the only hdr effect that was good for iPhones. Thank you

They upgraded and changed everything even the tools I paid for in app. No tutorial no nothing. Do NOT spend the money. Also don’t bother the support is bogus. It’s a static web page.

This was my go to app everyday of the week. It was simple and so effective in editing my photos. I get this new update and I don’t know what the heck is going on. I needed a heads up! Somebody please help me.

This used to be my favorite photography app. I loved it. My heart broke with the update of March 2020. Totally changed everything. I lost my purchases too. All the filters I had downloaded disappeared. This app only wants money now. Truly disheartening and disappointing. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a good photography app. This one will cheat you.

This app has been my favorite photo editing app until as of late. The updated it so that I must pay for a subscription to even use the custom filters I created long ago. The accessibility is completely insufficient and way more complicated than it ever was. The previous version was so smooth and easy to use. I’m really upset they decided to do what they did to it. It used to be my favorite app to edit photos with and now it’s getting deleted.

What happened to this app? It updated and I don’t even know how to use it any longer! All of my favorite filters that I used most and save have disappeared! It is definitely not user friendly like it used to be. I am going to have to find a different app and it really bums me out. I want the old one back!!!
