This property was very nice, close to the sites in Cambridge, neat and clean. The price was very good through Misterb&b (this is a gay friendly hotel), the room was VERY small, but adequate for the purpose. Full English breakfast each day was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The ONLY hitch was trying to contact them prior to arrival. One is not provided with an email for the property at all...just another organization which either owns it or manages bookings. One must go to their website and find their phone number to contact them. This could all be managed better.
If your host is harassing, you lose $$

A host for a booking I made immediately began texting me and not communicating through the app like the customer service rep said they should be. The host asked for pics and Grindr profiles which I thought was gross and super unprofessional. I cancelled my booking cause the creeper vibe was at a 10 out of 10.
What a great way to connect with the locals without the angst of “coming out”.

I have thoroughly enjoyed planning my itineraries in New Zealand and Australia with this app. I/we have been meeting great people and often having wonderful conversations along the way. This has helped solve my age-old issue of feeling like an outsider in a foreign country when traveling alone or with my partner. Thanks for this resource.
Nice people in Support but very slow not helpful

Had an issue with the app on my phone Misterbnb. Called support but it was not quick rather slow with me having to connect with someone in Paris and I ended up fixing it myself with trial and error.

I was blocked on a popular gay app by my host. I get not mixing work and pleasure but I didn’t message him so..... there wasn’t a reason for him to block me. I go on vacation to get away from that crap not stay in someone’s home that makes me feel the way I feel in normal day to day life with the other app.
