Great product, poor features
Lacks the capability to edit each light bulb. Little to no options for preset themes/light options. Such a limited product that’s supposed to have expansive color options. Sad.

Zap is deplorable and so is the service I received when I tried to get help making it work. The bulb is stellar. The app- sad trombone.

Had the bulbs for a little over a year and I like them but wish it wasn’t a hassle to reconnect the bulbs via Bluetooth in-app, sometimes the app can’t see the bulbs even if they’re plugged in and it just has the silhouette bulb with an exclamation mark in it try refreshing and still wouldn’t connect wish this can get fixed has been happening ever since I first had the bulbs

We use this app every day. Occasionally we’ve run into an issue where a bulb isn’t recognized on the app but it’s rare and we’ve always been able to fix it by shutting the light off at the switch and turning it back on. Haven’t used the sleep timer much. We often use the low light options as a night light so guests don’t stumble around in the dark, but it’s not bright enough to disturb others. Love the fact that I can shut the lights off from another room too.

I wish you had kept it up and updated it with some new features! I use it daily! Sorry it gone and that you no longer make them! Would have loved some more color flows. They are great.

Misfit no longer supports this app. They no longer sell the lights. The app is good. The lights are good. I’m just disappointed in a company that sells some thing and then ditches it later on.

Also you’ll be asked to rate this app every time you try it which if that’s not a bug that’s a bad decision. You need to go back to the drawing board with this garbage. You’re welcome now you know.
