Needs to be fixed ASAP

The app worked well when I bought the first MintID 5oz bar. I thought it was cool so I Purchased a second bar a month a later and now the app won’t read either bar. Won’t buy more MintID products if the scanner isn’t working.

I can’t scan these, I get an error every time. They worked once when I got them, but when I asked for a quote for the value of my metal the process failed. I’ve had others download the app and try with their phones, and they get the same error. Lots of other 1 star reviews due to the same problem and Mint ID hasn’t fixed it, avoid buying from them.
