Only works with some podcasts

The download is slow, but that’s not the developers fault. Until Apple fixes their kit, no developer will be able to speed it up. The reason I’m giving it one star is that it only works with some podcasts. When I couldn’t push certain podcasts from the app itself, so I bought the premium version so I could do it from the Podcast app. I (incorrectly) assumed the issue was the app interface and not the podcast itself. However, that’s not the case. For some reason certain podcasts will push to the watch, and others will error before the download even begins. Naturally, these are the popular podcasts. I doubt this is the developer’s issue, but feel like this should have been disclosed in the app description (or at least in the in-app purchase). Save your money and wait until Apple offers their own app.

Had high hopes for this but it doesn’t work as advertised. Takes Forrrrrreeeeevvvvvveeeerrrrr to download 1 podcast. I want my money back.

I bought this to transfer podcasts to my Watch and it just doesn’t work. A 20 minute podcast has been downloading for 6 hours and it’s the third attempt. If I dare take the watch off it disturb it in any way, it goes back to download. I’m now on hour 24 to try and make this work. It’s a nice idea and hopefully future versions will work better. In the meantime, it was a waste of $.99.
Poor execution and lack of customer service

Bought this app with the hope that I would be able to download podcasts onto my Apple Watch, listen to them, and then delete them....wash, rinse and repeat. Unfortunately, I was unable to figure out how to remove/delete played podcasts. No instructions provided and reaching out to customer support has been futile. Thank goodness the upcoming iOS 12 release will solve this problem by providing Apple Podcast support. This app was a waste of $4.

It gets to 100% and then prompts you to download the podcast *again*. I have yet to get this app to work. What a shame...

After days of hunting for a solution, I was so ecstatic to finally find a way to transfer podcasts to my Apple Watch. I reluctantly paid for this app because there really isn’t any other choice at the moment. I was hopeful, but this app is so poorly designed, that it’s really useless. Most of the time, I can’t even get podcasts to download, and when they do (after many attempts), they skip, get stuck, or won’t even play at all. There’s no way to adjust the volume from the app, and it doesn’t save where you left off, so you have to use the 30-second advance button to search the podcast. The “scrubber” button does not work. This app would be amazing if it actually worked.

Made the mistake of paying for this. Don’t make the same mistake that I and many others have. Save yourself from this app. Run!! Run in the opposite direction! Don’t get sucked into it’s vortex of lies! Spend your $3 on a trendy fanny pack and keep your iPhone in it. Problem solved. Plus all the ladies will notice how savvy you are. At least until cargo shorts come back in style. In all reality DaddyCast should take MiniCast out to the wood shed and straighten him out. But of course MommyCast has problems with this. She coddles MiniCast. Because of this MiniCast will never know the true meaning of the word “work”. So in summary, keep pampering your precious MiniCast and I’ll go buy myself a two zipper, multi-pocket, extra slim belt fanny pack.

I have tried numerous times to make this work. I’m using an iPhone X with an Apple Watch 3 and cannot get even a small Podcast to load onto my Apple Watch. This is very frustrating since they are charging for this app. I would not buy this app, period. I emailed the developer without response. Hopefully Apple releases a Podcast for Apple Watch soon.
