Drop the stairs please

Every time she mentions visualizing stairs, I picture basement stairs & Pennywise the clown hiding underneath them. Once past the stairs, I'm good but have to fight the urge to not feel like I should be running. ?? I do like the rest of it though. Although, I've had a few nightmares after falling asleep. Totally blame Stephen for that though.

Toss the sleeping pills

I have never heard the end of the 40-minute sleep hypnosis that I use most nights. I plug in my headphones, start the program and wake up hours later. Would it work for everyone ? I can't say. And I've only used the sleep program. But based on my consistent snooze response, I'd say this at least as effective as most pills, with no morning grogginess. Very pleased with the results. Very.


Very Relaxing

Listening to this is so relaxing. I fall asleep to it most nights. I always start it wide awake getting to the stairs and thinking there is no way I will be asleep before we get through the stairs, however, most nights when I do fall asleep, I don't remember getting to the bottom of the stairs. I do wake up with headphones still on my head and silence. I don't know how long I am in this state, but I take off my headset and fall right back to sleep.

Fell a sleep to a boring English accented women a few times on the introduction. The "subconscious" part was horrendous. Long story about "my" boss and being late etc... One I don't have a boss and two it's supposed to be positive affirmations... Not negative reinforcements.


Just a beginner

Love this app!! I'm new to meditating and have not used any other apps but I find this has helped me. In just 4 days I have noticed I am less stressed, more calm, positive and relaxed. Wish the in app purchases were a little cheaper because there are a few I'd like to try. Overall, very impressed so far!


Tried lots, but this is the best

This brought me to tears with the weight loss meditation; in a beautiful way. I never review apps, but I am moved to write this one. Also the meditation one is fantastic- it gets me soo relaxed. Highly recommend.
