Toss the sleeping pills – Mindful Meditation Pro Review

I have never heard the end of the 40-minute sleep hypnosis that I use most nights. I plug in my headphones, start the program and wake up hours later. Would it work for everyone ? I can't say. And I've only used the sleep program. But based on my consistent snooze response, I'd say this at least as effective as most pills, with no morning grogginess. Very pleased with the results. Very.
