I’ve tried twice over the last two days to get into this app. I tried facebook, email, and guest, and yet still the app will not allow me to get past the main screen. The error message says “something went wrong, try again in a few”. Fix your app guys..

DanceWorks Indy is a wonderful space that cultivates an atmosphere of openness and creativity. I have never felt more welcomed somewhere by not just the staff but my fellow students, it is incredible!

Bug: app fails to refresh and gives incorrect times

If you return to the app after a period of inactivity, when you switch days, it fails to give the correct information (does not refresh from the last view). It also does not flag the failure to refresh with a pop-up, which would be the simplest, wisest solution to this problem—other apps do this (a full refresh on re-activation of the app would be best though).

The mind body app is very annoying to use. Seems like they have so much going on and all I want to do is find my one studio to book a class. I’ve used this app in every state I’ve lived in and it still shows me studios from states I haven’t been in in 3 years. I wish it was easier to just open it, click on my studio, and book a class. I don’t care about anything else going on in the app and it’s too much of a process looking for the link to my schedule for the one studio I go to. Hope they improve this.

Helpful app, preferred previous layout

I’ve enjoyed using MINDBODY app for a few years. In general it is a very helpful app. Since the last major update, I have found it less useable than it was previously. The formatting is less clear in my opinion; it was previously very clear to see upcoming appointments, and previous history. The new version has these functions, but there are subtitle differences that make them, among other things, less straightforward. I would prefer an evolution of the previous format.

Constantly have to reinstall

Once a week I lose all of my favorites and appointments and I have to delete the app and reinstall it.

Rarely works properly

I’ve trying to use this app for my gym for over 7 months. Rarely am I able to book or reschedule my classes via the app. My class schedule is rarely available to review. There’s no where to give feedback although I got an email telling to use the app to give feedback for a quicker response. If it’s in the app, then the app is not user friendly. The typically it’s states try again later for your business schedule. Yet it’s available on the web. It’s a very frustrating app to use.

Google search does the same

This is no different than if you were to do a google search by location for a salon, spin class, etc. I put in a Pilates class for today from 6am to 9pm and the result is tapout sweat which is a class using kettle balls and battle ropes. Does this sound like a pilates class? No, because it is not. I think google or Siri would have given me better results!
