I have had numerous hearing tests as I am losing my hearing due to Meniere’s Disease. I was hoping this app could give some indication to how my hearing is in between ENT appointments. However, this app does not give an accurate hearing reading. I have profound hearing loss in my right ear so much so that have to wear a hearing aid. But according to this app I don’t have any hearing loss. There are many more accurate at home tests out there, just do a simple google search. Skip this app.

I followed all instructions but the test through Mimi showed results that were 20-40 dB off from actual thresholds obtained in an official hearing test. Nice idea with nice interface but the test is very inaccurate

Can you add calibration for AirPods Pro? Also please add a Tinnitus test with advice on how to calm it.

I downloaded this app and a few more to test my hearing and this is the only one I can’t even start because it’s supposedly too loud. I’ve tried it in different places and it still shows the reader at the bottom of the sound saying too loud. Any noise at all makes it switch to too loud it doesn’t even matter the amount of noise. It’s really annoying. I’ve had it for a month hoping that maybe it was a bug but it doesn’t appear to be so I’m deleting the app.

Even though I follow the instructions and press when I hear sound and release when I don’t, the app tells me I’ve been inactive. nothing seems to solve the issue. I’m using my AirPods so I don’t know what the hell is wrong. Glad I didn’t pay for this.

Easy to use. At first I wasn’t sure if i was pressing the button at the right time but was correct. Needs to be in a complete quite area.

This apps does what it’s supposed to do and works well; easy to use. One recommendation to app creators: the app would be best if it had the ability to add a guest user. Current version allows user to enter their info (year of birth) and doesn’t give option to change this. I allowed another user to use the app and it compared him to the average for my year of birth instead of his (he is 15 years older). Second recommendation is to allow the user to select from different brands of headphones (a drop down list).
