Gameplay changed for the worse

They recently updated the app so that you now have to pay for experts. It’s awful and nothing but a money grab. No longer fun. Reverse this or lose players.

As of 1/28/20 the managers of this game are now limiting earned and bought experts. Even if you have 80 experts you no longer have access to them unless you utilize gems (25) or by earning an access an expert pass. This changes the game dramatically. Daily achievements are extremely hard to earn which gave a player free gems. In summary management has made this game a HUGE PAY TO PLAY app. Sad because this was my favorite game but I can’t afford to pay the large amount of money needed to play even a few games. I used to be able to play up to 35-50 contests (matches against an opponent) a day utilizing my experts and lifelines. Now that being able to access my bought and earned experts are part of earned lifelines I’m down to 4-6 matches a day. Thus I will lose my rankings and be demoted which costs me even more free lifelines. MANAGEMENT you are ruining a valuable and fun game that was educational, too. Sad that GREED and FRAUD will turn thousands away. I’m glad I’m not the only shocked player for it’s obvious I’m one of hundreds who have complained. PLEASE go back to the right way to administer this game and not kill it with GREED.

The recent greedy decision to eliminate the refresh of experts that we played and paid to earn was poorly conceived. I suspect once you discover you’ve disenfranchised half or more of your players, you’ll reconsider. Bad choice. Really bad choice.
Change in Expert Usage

I’ve loved this game for a while and spent a decent amount of money in game. Now with the change in expert usage I will be deleting the game. I have 41 experts, but can only use 10 per game. After those 10 are used up I have to spend diamonds to use more even though I still have 31 unused. This is just a cash grab! I’m done!
I installing after writing this

Played game for a while. It was fun. Had close to 60 experts and they renewed themselves after 8 hours. Now they took that away and 'graciously' provided me with 20. Total BS. Would give 0 stars if could. Uninstalling!
Uken is the worst

The update that takes away the experts is terrible. Uken also makes jeopardy and they do the same kind of thing. They make changes that punish long time users and then don’t respond aside from canned answers asking people to contact them, which they then ignore. I reported a glitch in jeopardy and they wouldn’t resolve the issue. Just awful.

What the hell kind of changes are you doing to this game? I NEED my lifelines! I can’t even play a full game because of that! Keep making changes like that and I will delete this app permanently. That’s ridiculous.
