What a shock to find half of my hard earned experts “Unavailable” this morning!!!!!!! Deleting this game....not worth the aggravation. Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend you anyone. Thanks a bunch for ruining a perfectly enjoyable game.

Why have you changed the Ask the Expert part where players no longer get so many a day automatically??? Probably so you can make money. That’ll drive lots of us away from this game. Bad idea. ?

Recently, even though the experts have completed the recharge time, they are not available. New glitch? How is this fixed?
Difficult to make progress

What happened to the expert helpers that we earned along the way? I used to get 41 of them renewed every night. This morning when I played, there were only 7. There was an announcement that we were going to get expert helpers, but I didn’t think that meant that the ones that we had would be taken away. What happened??
UK slant?

The game is generally fun, but often the questions are picayune, especially when the game asks a player to “ identify the year” a relatively minor event took place...Was it 1991, 1992, 1996, or 1999 when little Johnny fell down the well? And while the programmers have dropped most questions regarding UK soccer, the game still has a very UK flavor, not a bad thing at all, but definitely a disadvantage to anyone living outside the empire. Additionally, I wonder if opponents get the same question as you do. There’s really no way of knowing if you’re answering which year Johnny fell down the well and your opponent is answering who wrote Hamlet. A bias perhaps towards paying players? And, by any chance, has anyone else suddenly lost their experts and/or diamonds? I had accumulated nearly 50 experts to find them wiped out after NOT having played for the allotted time necessary to replenish them. When I contacted the company, they simply sent a stock reply....that they would look into it.

I agree with all that have posted here about the recent expert update which makes you pay to use the experts you have earned. It totally ruins the game. It is no longer fun. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to play this game anymore. Shame on the developers! It is just the last in a series of changes to make you use your gems faster, but this “update” goes too far!
