Information on the selected program or the operating mode as well as the time remaining for the program to run are displayed. The app informs you how long the roast will need to cook in the oven, for instance. You also receive notifications when your intervention is needed ‒ for example, when the dishwasher program has finished or if a refrigerator door has been left open.
The practical recipe function enabling easy access to recipes is an entirely new feature.
An additional feature of the app is the use of wizards. The interactive washing wizard recommends the most suitable wash program, for instance.
Depending on the appliance model, with ShopConn@ct you also have the option of reordering detergent or dishwasher tablets, for example, with just a few clicks in the Miele Shop.

The fundamental requirements for the use of this app are network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.
The demonstration mode in the Miele@mobile app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app, even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.

App will not create an account. Keeps timing out or raising errors. Why do I even need an online account to use this app to connect to my appliances? Totally blocked on integrating because of this problem. Extremely disappointed.

Does not work in the USA and iPhone. If they want to grow sales in the United States they need to fix this ASAP. At this point in time not impressed.
A mess with no use

I set up networks and servers and mesh wifis on a daily basis but I did not manage to connect the stove to the app. The stove firmware with it’s slow touch display is a complete mess on it’s own, but this app does not help to make things better. I ask myself why I paid 200$ just to see the temperature of the stove? Why can’t I preheat it before I get home!! Come one! My car can drive itself but I can’t turn on a 4500$ stove??

Horrible UI, inconsistent, and even after 4 hours of fiddling with it i still get nowhere. Unfortunately my dryer defaults to setup the WiFi or app connection every time I turn it on (with no disable function I can find). Very disappointed.

I just got my new washer and can’t even connect to the app. My machine says it’s connected to the app, but the app says connection failed. Doesn’t work at all, so the app is unusable.
