I think I would love the game but it dose not open because of "unknown error "

I didn't even start the game and it told me there was an error. And I have an iPhone 7 on the current iOS so that can't be the problem. And the worst part is that the game looks really fun.

Whenever I try to play the game it give me an error message and says it will restart, but it never does. I have a iPhone 5SE and am not sure if the game is optimized for it yet. Please fix this, I am a fan of the first game and am disappointed that I can't play this one yet.

It keeps on saying "Unknown error has occurred bla bla bla" as soon as I open the app. I can't even play it but the trailer looks cool. Please fix!
