I downloaded the app but right after I got past the first loading screen it said unknown error please restart the game and kept saying no matter what I did I deleted it and got it again restarted my device and the game it looks cool and I want to play it please please fix this

I can't really rate it because I can't get on to the app without it saying that an error occurred and some recent progress may be lost

When i try to play the game it keeps saying "unkown error" and once i click "ok" it just keeps appearing and i haven't even started the game yet. Please fix this because i want to play the game yet I can't.
