Can't even connect to the internet to login

I can't even login after I setup an account. It is like their login server is broke. Forget about even getting to the steps to connect up your air conditioner. You won't even be able to login. If I could give this app a double negative zero I would. Also, kindly fix the bad chinese to english app translation.

Good luck on getting this app to work with your wifi enabled Midea AC. Also the Chinese to English translations need to reworked.

Ditto previous reviews: crazy buggy, bordering on non-functional. And the absurd translations?!?! Every bomb - and that's more than half the times I try to do anything - is met with a dialog box that says "Kindly reminder..." Most common: "Kindly reminder: Failed to operate." That ain't kindly.

First off, they need a clearer instruction sheet on network configuration. Touch and hold wifi for 5 sec, once on AP, use your iphone/ipad and connect as if you are connecting to a wifi hotspot. In this case, the unit, and password 12345678. Once connected the AP mode will clear. Then open the app and configure network. It will find your wifi and you connect it. Then scan your code to register the unit. Done. That being said, there are transmit issues likely due to slowness in web-traffic. So yes, operations will fail. But do it again and it will likely succeed. I have had the unit for 2 days, and so far I am happy it works. Away from home, able to power it on. The application is buggy but its new. I am forgiving and hopefully the development team will work out bugs. The Sleep Curve fails to even open to program anything. Errors every time. Major bug. App also lacks setting abilities like turning off ECO for a preset, and no LED display. Overall I enjoy the product and am happy with my purchase. Just hoping for updated app.

This app worked last year but this year 99.9% of the time it say "kindly reminder" and never lets me do anything with it anymore.

This is a terrible app. Can't get logged in most of the time & super sick of seeing Kindly Reminder! The book is useless for help. Please fix!! The couple times it has worked it's been really nice.
