The app won’t let me register, it just throws the “kindly reminder” that frustrated other users. Seems like another gimmick to get a purchase, such a shame because it’s a great idea for the age of the smart home.
App quit working

Two or three days ago my app stopped working. When i try to log in i get an error message that says ... Kindly reminder... The server threw an exception [-11]... so i deleted the app and reinstalled it.. unfortunately i still get the same message.. it worked great until this
Quits working service says Chinese working on server

This app just quits working and no one has an answer except that the Chinese servers are being worked on. It’s been over 10 days. I would think things would not take that long. I am guessing no one has a clue and no app service for anyone.

Just before iOS 12 app stopped logging me in and stopped working When trying to reinstall it again the same... anyone having the same issue?

...check the oldest review date and skip the rest because they all are spot on!!...you register and it says you aren’t registered...you attempt to sign in, it says someone is already using that sign in...if you are “lucky” to get beyond that, the app shuts down as soon as you attempt to add device and you’re left looking at your phone’s home screen...where is this app company’s accountability?...i agree, DOUBLE NEGATIVE should be the appropriate rating

It was a decent app while it worked. I thought the little English mispronunciations were kinda cute. But now I just get “Login had Timed out.” ☹️
