Every thing works well but speedtest does not work at all, it stuck on speedtest server to modem

I got this service to control my children’s access during the school year. The very first time I used it to pause their access, now the app won’t connect to my modem and none of our devices except my phone will connect to the internet! I have done all troubleshooting, restarted the modem and my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app... nothing has worked.
This app is a joke

Do not pause anything. You will not be allowed back into the app to unpause the it. Very disappointed in midco.

Frequently, like for weeks at a time, we are unable to access controls for devices. Pausing and unpausing devices with this app means a long term commitment to being internet free. No reliability.

We upgraded to this product to control the kids Wi-Fi usage. It’s been more of a headache than anything. The app never connects to the modem to use the app, which means if you have set up a schedule on your devices that it won’t work. If you can’t connect to the app, any device on a schedule will not work, even if it’s during a time that it’s enabled. They sent a tech out and even replaced the modem saying that was the problem. It worked for two days and boom back to the no connection crap. I’ll be cancelling my services...1 Star, very disappointing

Do you have this modem they ask... no, the one you supply (And I pay you for) won’t work with this app. Worthless.

I have spent over 13 hours today dealing with Midco and this app. I keep getting an error telling me that my account does not exist or has been deleted. Tech left this morning and everything worked except this app, called in and then all went down hill. Tech came back and things worked fine except app stopped working again, called in and then everything went down hill again. Now have another tech coming out tomorrow. I have had to adjust my schedule for Midco 3 different days because of their issues and this app hasn’t worked for more then 10 minutes!

At first this worked just fine, once I paused anything that was the last time I could connect to that device. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t work, turning off the modem doesn’t reset the app, once I figure out how to reset this app it’s getting uninstalled definitely not worth the migraine. Enjoy!!
