AWFUL!

SLFulton

This app is useless!! 99% of the time it can’t even connect to my modem...THE MODEM ITS ALREADY CONNECTED TO!!! You would think that a company that installs and provides wireless service would be capable of creating an app that works. Don’t waste your time with this app - it’s not worth the frustration and won’t ever work anyway!!!

Waste of time

Bungy babe

This is the worst I spend more tome with no network than with! I’ve had midco come more than three times this year and I still have problems. When it works it’s nice to have. As of now I’m so tired of it.

Horrible!

wooooowmad

Before the update I could use it sometimes, only when the app wanted to work. Now after the update I can’t use it at all. It’s asking me for my router password and it says it’s incorrect, when I am a 100% sure it’s correct. Now I can’t control any of my kids devices! ?

App Doesn’t work. WiFi getting worse daily

Pay the highest rates for best speeds and get increasingly slower speeds every day

Bind Error

Madi08

Our household recently switched to Midco and we are having a horrible time. We cannot connect to this app and keep getting a “bind error” and internet is constantly in and out. We were so excited for a new and way better internet provider in our area- but it’s been horrible since install!

Glitches

Is glitchy and never works well. It doesn’t refresh appropriately and you have to close and restart the app several times in order to get a change to take effect. Very frustrating app.

Still Broke

I am giving the app two stars because the concept is solid. The execution stinks. I have renamed devices multiple times, sometimes it stays, sometimes it doesn’t. Check the next day, back to the original. Devices will automatically unpause. I have deleted devices off of my Wi-Fi and they return the next day; not possible since the device has been turned off the entire time. There was a recent update and I thought things were fixed because I renamed a device and the name stuck for 5 minutes, only to realize the next day it reverted back.
